How do I pay for my items?
The kids room by kate utilises PayPal and accepts payment via credit card, debit card and bank transfers. When using PayPal your sensitive financial information is securely stored with PayPal and the kids room by kate receive payment without ever seeing your financial information. Once you’ve selected the items you wish to purchase, select ‘add to cart’ and either continue shopping or proceed to checkout. At the checkout, you’ll be asked to enter your shipping details and will then be sent a confirmation email to activate your shopping account. Once you’ve activated your account, return to the cart follow the instructions to select the payment method you prefer. If you don't currently have a pay pal account, you'll be asked to create one and once complete will be sent directly back to the shopping cart. Throughout this process all of your personal information remains safeguarded.

The kids room by kate use Australia Post for all orders within the size limitations of Australia Post. Should your order exceed these limitations, we will contact you to discuss the most economical, fastest and safest way to get your parcel to you. Additional charges may occur.

How long will my order take to process?
All items are made to order. Please allow 3 weeks for all products made to order and 2 weeks for all other items. We will send an e-mail to notify you when your products have been shipped.

How do I redeem my voucher?
All vouchers have a unique code. The code must be entered in the checkout section of your order and the discount will automatically be applied to your purchase. The voucher must be used in one purchase and only one voucher can be used at any one time. Vouchers are valid for 6 months and can only be redeemed online.

Can I purchase from overseas?

How will my items be packaged?

Canvases will be packaged to firstly protect the product from possible damage and will also be beautifully tissue wrapped and tied with ribbon. This allows for the items to be shipped directly to the gift recipient. All non canvas products will not be gift wrapped unless otherwise requested on the comment section of the order.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All canvases are gift wrapped in coloured tissue and cellophane and tied with colored ribbon. If you wish for your entire purchase to be gift wrapped, please indicate in the comment section of the order and they will be wrapped free of charge.
